Why should you choose us?

What do you clear?
Simply put we clear everything, we do not pick and choose items, instead catering for whatever your requirements in the clearance are.

What does a house clearance involve?
We will usually come and provide you with a free quote before the clearance, and then on the date agreed we will clear everything instructed. Most properties will be cleared within a day with the exception sometimes of specialist clearances such as hoarded properties. We will always arrive when we say we will and guarantee we will never let you down.

Do you have a standard rate?
We take each house clearance we carry out on its own merit, we will always provide you with a fixed price upon seeing the job and are always happy to give you advice and approximate quotes by telephone

Where does the rubbish go?
We try to reuse as much of your items as we can whether that’s by making a reduction on your costs for items that can be resold or by making donations to charitable causes. Any waste that cannot be reused goes to an Environment Agency Licensed disposal facility where the waste is then recycled leaving as little as possible going to landfill.

Do I need to be at the property when it is being cleared?
We do not require you to be at the property whilst we carry out the clearance, if you are local to the house we can meet you and then call you when the job is complete for you to return to the property or if you are out of town and have an agent or solicitor we can deal with them.We often have the keys to properties sent by recorded mail and then we return them after the work has been carried out, we will always email photographs of completion if you are not able to return to the property.

Our house clearance service operates in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire but we are always happy to discuss your requirements outside of these areas.
